摘要 目的 :研究不同方法计数血小板总数和检测巨大血小板的差异。方法 :12 0例血样同时采用Advia 12 0仪器法、STKS仪器法和手工方法进行血小板总数检查 ,并将 12 0例标本逐一制成血涂片、瑞氏染色和显微镜镜检。结果 :3种方法对血小板总数的检测没有明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。但 3种方法对巨大血小板的检出率有明显不同 ,Advia 12 0法 4 1.6 7% (5 0 / 12 0 ) ,STKS法 2 9.17% (35 / 12 0 ) ,手工法镜检 32 .5 0 % (39/ 12 0 ) ,二仪器法之间以及Advia 12 0法与手工法镜检之间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :采用仪器法和手工法检查血小板总数 ,其结果没有差异 ;虽然 3种方法都可检测巨大血小板 ,但以Advia 12 0法检出率较高 ,准确性较好。 Objective: To study there are whether difference that different experimental methods count for platelet quantity and to examine the giant platelet.Method: 120 specimens were all counted the total amount of platelet by three ways that include two blood analysis apparatus(Advia 120 and STKS) and manual mode at same time.After this,every sample were all one by one to make the blood smears for stain and then examined with microscope(×100).Results: There were not significant difference among three checking means ont test, P>0,05 ;but checking out rate of the giant platelet were distinct difference.Advia 120 41.67%(50/120),STKS 29.17%(35/120) and artificial methods with microscope 32.50%(39/120).χ 2 test,between Advia 120 and STKS,Advia 120 and manual mode, P<0.05 .Conclusion: By using instruments and manual way count the total amount of platelet,the results showed no difference,Although the three methods may examine giant platelet all,but Advia 120 had greater check out rate and better exactness than other two methods.
