疏肝化瘀汤治疗特发性水肿疗效及血液流变学观察

Therapeutic and Hemorheological Effects of Shuganhuayu Decoction on Idiopathic Edema

目的 :观察疏肝化瘀汤治疗特发性水肿的临床疗效及血液流变学指标变化。方法 :以疏肝理气、化瘀通络立法 ,自拟疏肝化瘀汤治疗特发性水肿 6 8例 ,治疗前后测定血液流变学指标并进行疗效判定。结果 :6 8例患者痊愈率82 % ,总有效率 97%。 4 8例患者治疗前后复查血液流变性有显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects and changes of hemorheology in the patients with idiopathic edema treated with Shuganhuayu decoction.Method: Based on the treatment principle of promoting liver qi circulation and removing blood stasis,68 subjects with idiopathic edema were treated by Shuganhuayu decoction and the changes of hemorheology were observed.Results: In 68 subjects,the curative rate was 82%,total effective rate was 97%,and hemorheological indexes in 48 patients was significantly improved( P<0.01 ).Conclusion: Shuganhuayu decoction has significant effect on idiopathic edema and can improve the blood stasis syndrome in the patients with idiopathic edema.
