摘要
目的 对临床常用的 4种充填材料的抗压强度进行测试 ,探讨如何选择Ⅰ类洞型充填体的合适材料。方法 选择 80颗第一磨牙的离体牙制备Ⅰ类洞型 ,用 4种充填材料充填后 ,在等速前提下 ,增加负载力 ,用测力仪测试 ,记录并分析各种充填材料折裂瞬间的测试数字。结果 银汞充填体的抗压强度最高 ,GCFujiIXGP粘结体次之 ,3M光固化树脂最小。结论 后牙Ⅰ类洞型充填必须考虑以抗压强度为主 ,同时兼顾颜色 ;充填前牙必须以颜色为主 ,并兼顾抗压强度。
Objective Compressive strength of four filling materials which are usually used in clinic were evaluated, and the indication of Class I cavity was discussed.Methods In vitro, the Class I cavities were prepared on eighty first molars. After filling the cavities with four filling materials, loading was applied with the same speed, and the compressive strength at the fracture point were recorded and analyzed.Results The compressive strength of silver amalgam was highest, GCFujiIXGP was lower, and 3M composite resin was lowest.Conclusion For Class I cavity of posterior teeth, we should consider the compressive strength of filling materials first, and for anterior teeth, color is most important.
