环孢素浓度对肾移植术后患者血脂的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :观察环孢素浓度对肾移植术后患者血胆固醇及甘油三酯水平的影响。方法 :对50名肾移植术后患者 ,在术后1、3、6个月同时测定环孢素、胆固醇及甘油三酯水平 ,并将患者按不同时间及环孢素谷浓度进行分组。用SPSS8 0独立样本t检验进行统计学处理。结果 :肾移植术后第6个月与第1个月比较 ,胆固醇、甘油三酯水平有显著性差异 (P<0 05及P<0 01) ;在肾移植术后第6个月 ,环孢素谷水平大于或小于400μg/L ,胆固醇有显著性差异 (P<0 05)。结论 :服用环孢素尤其是高血药浓度可能是胆固醇。 OBJECTIVE:To observe the influence of concentrations of cyclosporine on the serum levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in kidney transplant patients METHODS:The serum levels of cyclosporine,cholesterol and triglycerides were simultaneously determined in 50 kidney transplant recipients 1,3 and 6 months after transplantation The recipients were grouped according to post-transplantation period and valley concentration of cyclosporine The data were analysed with SPSS 8 0 independent-sample t test RESULTS:There was significant difference in levels of cholesterol and triglycerides between 1 and 6 months post-transplantation;there was significant difference in cholesterol 6 months after transplantation between cyclosporine level>400μg/L and that<400μg/L CONCLUSION:It is considered that cyclosporine,especially in high blood level,is a possible cause of the increase of cholesterol and triglycerides
