盐酸乌拉地尔(利喜定)注射液治疗重度充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Urapidil Hydrochloride in Treatment of Severe Congestive Heart Failure

目的 :观察盐酸乌拉地尔注射液对重度充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法 :将64例重度充血性心力衰竭住院患者随机分为两组 ,在常规治疗基础上 ,A组给予盐酸乌拉地尔注射液50mg～100mg加液体持续静脉滴注48小时后 ,改为每日1次静脉滴注 ,连用5天～7天 ;B组给予硝普钠注射液12 5mg～25mg加液体静脉滴注 ,用法同A组。结果 :A组显效84 38 % ,有效9 38 % ,总有效率93 76 % ;B组显效81 25 % ,有效9 38 % ,总有效率90 63 %。两组间疗效比较 ,无显著性差异 (P>0 05)。结论 :盐酸乌拉地尔注射液治疗重度充血性心力衰竭安全、有效 ,作用迅速 ,副作用少 。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of urapidil hydrochloride(UH) on severe congestive heart failure METHODS:64 in-patients with severe congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:group A,UH 50mg～100mg in infusion fluid was given intravenously for 48 h,then q d for 5～7 days;group B,sodium nitroprusside 12 5mg～25mg was given in the same way as group A RESULTS:Group A:excellent 84 38%,satisfactory 9 38%,total effective rate 93 75%;Group B:excellent 81 25%,satisfactory 9 38%,total effective rate 90 63% There was no significant difference in therapeutic effect between two groups(P>0 05) CONCLUSION:UH is effective and safe in treatment of congestive heart failure and its ARDs are rare It is worth popularizing in clinical use
