摘要
异步电动机变频调速的应用越来越普遍,在电动机投入系统之前应知道在不同频率下电动机的四象限运行特性。传统的实验 方法是以一台它励直流电动机作为模拟负载,这样测试系统结构复杂,耗能大。为了克服不足本文提出一种以交流异步电动机作为模拟 负载的变频调速实验系统,提出了一种新的频差控制方法,描述了系统能量流动过程和节能原理,最后以电机负载特性的实验验证了频 差控制的可行性及正确性。
A variable frequency speed-governing experiment system which adopts Ac asynchronous motor as analogue load is analyzed in this paper, and a new method of frequency difference control is also presented. The process of system energy flowing and the principle of saving energy are described, and finally the feasibility and validity of frequency control are proved through the experiment of motor load characteristics.
