摘要
对现代战略人力资源开发的优化配置进行研究 .首先 ,通过对企业目前状况及企业发展战略的分析 ,利用预测理论确定企业人员需求量 ;其次 ,建立适合的人员测评机制 ,建立人员素质要素指标值的数学模型 ;第三 ,运用所得的数据 ,通过数学方法进行人员的优化规划 ;第四 ,通过优化理论 ,进行人员的较优分配、优化培训、合理流动、公平考核及平等报酬 .此过程循环进行 ,以实现企业战略人力资源的利用与开发 。
Optimum distribution of modernized strategy human resource development is studied in this paper. Firstly, by analysis of the current condition and development of enterprise,demand numbers of personnel are defined with forecast theory. Secondly, by personnel evaluation mechanism, the mathematical model of measuring quality norms of personnel is established. Thirdly, by the data, the personnel optimum project is conducted with mathematical method. Finally, the best training, reasonable flowing,fair assessment and equal payment of personnel can be achieved. With the circulatory process, strategic human resource utilization and development of enterprise is realized.
