介绍了ＬｏｎＷｏｒｋｓ技术的特点及运用ＬｏｎＷｏｒｋｓ技术开发的智能小区管理系统，设计和开发了智能控制器和小区智能管理软件，实现了智能住宅小区的水、电、煤气表的远程抄取，计费系统及安防报警的自动化．
The features of the LonWorks an intelligent residential quarter management information system developed by the Lonworks technologytechnology are introduced. Now an intellingent controller and a quarter intelligent managment software have been designed and developed so that the remote recording of the water, electricity and gas meter, the billing system as well as the automation of the security alarming have all been implemented in the intelligent residential quarters.
