An Introduction to GB/T 17165.3 and IEC 61131-7

国家标准GB/T 17165.3 《模糊装置与系统 第3部分：可编程控制器-模糊控制编程》已经国家有关部门批准，并发布实行。该标准是国际标准IEC 61131-7 《Programmable controllers- Part 7: Fuzzy control programming》在我国的等同采用。此乃世界上第一批与模糊逻辑及模糊控制相关的标准。本文介绍了该标准的主要内容，如模糊控制语言FCL，所支持的算法，相容性等级，模糊控制函数块界面等。同时也介绍了国际标准化组织IEC正在编制《User's guide》的情况。

：The national standard GB/T 17165.3 < Fuzzy control devices and systems Part 3: Programmable controllers-Fuzzy control programming > has been approved by the end of 2000 and will be issued soon. It is identical with the international standard IEC 61131-7. They are the first batch of standards on fuzzy control technology and fuzzy logic all over the world. A brief introduction to them is presented in this paper.
