摘要
针对模糊评判模型应用于员工考核评价、由于评委集偏小而带来的评价可靠性低的问题,提出了在对象集远大于评委集的条件下,将原始评议中的模糊数转化为随机数,然后进行灰色关联聚类分析的综合评判模型,并就有关应用问题进行了简要讨论。
This article deals with the evaluation of the employees by using the fuzzy CTP model, because of the problem that the smaller size of the appraiser set brings about the lower reliability of evaluation .We set forth the CTP model in which the fuzzy number in originality evaluation is translate into random number and which bases on grey relationship analysis under the condition of object set being greater than the appraiser set;and make plain discussion on the use of the CTP model.
