摘要
把连杆送料机构的各杆长、运动特性分解为多目标函数 ,利用连杆机构的传动条件、杆长限制、基本送料行程以及加速度限制建立约束条件 ,运用统一目标法对机构进行运动优化。用可视化方法对优化结果和连杆送料机构的运动特性进行分析。该多目标优化模型在保证送料行程的基础上 。
We may optimize the movement of a mechanism by separating the length of different poles and movement properties of a linkage feed mechanism into a function of multiple object, by making use of driving conditions of the mechanism, the limited length pole, the basic feeding distance and restrictive conditions with limited acceleration and by using the method of uniforming objectives A visual method may be used to analyse the result of optimization and the linkage feed mechanism The optimizing model of multiple object can optimize other main parameters on the basis of ensuring the feeding distance
