摘要
以过氧化氢与甲酸反应生成的过甲酸作氧化剂 ,对 SBS进行环氧化改性。其适宜条件为 :反应时间 2 h,反应温度 70℃ ,SBS溶液浓度 10 0 g/L,n (甲酸 )∶ n (过氧化氢 ) =1.4∶ 1,过氧化氢 (相对于 SBS)质量百分用量为 30 %。所得产物的环氧基质量分数为 11.0 5 %。粘接性能试验表明 ,环氧化 SBS胶粘剂对极性材料的粘接性能优于
