双立轴式玉米秸秆还田装置切碎效果的试验分析

Test and Analysis of Cutting Quality of Cornstalk Macerator of Dual Vertical-axle

应用双立轴式玉米秸秆还田装置试验台对影响切碎质量的主要因素进行了实验研究。实验表明 ,此类型的玉米秸秆还田装置结构简单 ,生产率高 ,切碎效果好 ,切碎质量主要取决于动刀刀端线速度、玉米的株距和拖拉机的行进速度。

In this paper tests are conducted to show that how performances of a cornstalk macerator of dual vertical axle are influenced by its working parameters,and the working process of the cornstalk macerator are analyzed.The tests demonstrated that this type of cornstalk macerator has simple construction,good effect and high efficiency.The main influence factors of working quality are liner cutting velocity of the blades,the distance between cornstalks and the working velocity of the tractor.The results had reference value for design and application of cornstalk macerator.
