摘要
通过对 40Cr T10A钢恒温超塑性固相焊接过程中焊接面断口的观察与分析 ,认为超塑性固相焊接接头形成过程中焊接面各微区焊合状态是非均匀的 ,并呈现出不同的断口形貌特征 ;若按微观上断口形貌特征分类 ,整个断口可分为类原始界面区、准冶金结合区和冶金结合区 3个特征区域 ;接头形成过程可描述为冶金结合区增加、准冶金结合区逐渐增大而类原始界面区逐渐减小的过程。
By observation and analysis of the welded surface fracture in isothermal superplastic solid phase welding process of 40Cr/T10A steel,it is suggested that the welded state of every micro zone of welded surface in formation of superplastic solid phase welding joint is uneven and presents different appearance characteristics of fracture.The whole fracture can be divided into three characteristic zones:quasi original interface zone,quasi metallurgical bonded zone and metallurgical bonded zone in terms of appearance characteristics of fracture.The formation of joint can be described as the process of increase in metallurgical,quasi metallurgical bonded zone and decrease in quasi-original interface zone.
