摘要
在流口处增设辅助电流 ,通过控制硅酸铝熔体的粘度来控制硅酸铝熔体的流量 ,达到了生产硅酸铝纤维连熔连吹 ,延长炉龄的目的 ,加之采用特制钨基合金N—L组合流口代替Mo质流口 ,可使硅酸铝纤维生产成本降低 ,节能效果显著 ,连熔连吹炉龄可提高 5~ 8倍 。
The assistant electric current is added at the special composite nozzle.The flow of alumina silicate melted can be controlled by the control of viscosity and blow in the resistance heated furnace and increase of the furnace life can be attained.After the special type of tungsten based composite nozzle was applied to the furnace instead of Mo nozzle,the fiber cost has been reduced and energy saving is striking.The furnace life increases 5~8 times,the quality of products is stable.
