摘要
针对球头铣刀铣削特点,采用微分化方法建立了球头铣刀切削力数学模型.通过对球 头铣刀铣削微元切削层参数的描述,分析了切削层厚度对球头铣刀主切削力的影响.为实现球 头铣刀切削力的准确预报及铣削工艺参数的优化奠定了基础.
On the basis of the ball-end milling feature, the mathematic model of cutting force is founded through differential method for ball-end mill. The effect on the milling force of the cutting thickness is analyzed by means of describing the section of milling cutter. The base of the prediction of ball-end milling force and the optimization of milling parameters is established.
