摘要
针对国内球铁铁水脱硫手段的现状,采用国际上先进的包芯线技术,在1.5t电炉内喂入以CaC2为主的包芯线对球铁铁水脱硫进行研究.结果表明,此项技术用于球铁铁水脱硫,脱硫率达81.1%,较常规的冲入法相比提高一倍以上并对脱硫温度、脱硫剂加入量以及脱硫反应时间等工艺参数进行了研究.
According to the level of our country on liquid ductile iron desulphurization, we used the high advanced cored wire technique in the world for liquid ductile iron desulphurization in 1.5 tons induction furnace. The results sowed that using this technique, the ration of desulphurization could rise over 2 times and as high as 81.1%. Beside, the temperature, quantity and time of desulphurization are discussed.
