Mechanical event simulation combines rigid/flexible kinematics?nonlinear FEM together. It can analyses the whole process of a mechanical event. In this paper, the basic theory of mechanical event simulation is introduced and simulation of 125 armorpiercing shell in cana for a kinetic process is given.
