摘要 利用从辽河油田中分离出的四株高效降解石油菌进行研究 ,探讨了表面活性剂对 4株菌除油率的影响 .试验结果表明阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠对不同菌株的除油率有抑制作用 ,当浓度达到50 0 mg/ L 时 ,无色杆菌 ( Achromobacter sp.)和黄杆菌 ( Flavobacteriumsp.)几乎无除油效果 .而非离子型曲拉通 X- 1 0 0同样也具有一定的抑制作用 .认为这种抑制是由于本试验中采用表面活性剂对细菌有毒性作用引起的 . Four bacterial strains capable of effectively degrading petroleum had been isolated from Liaohe oil field. A study was conducted to investigate the effect of surfactants on biodegradation of petroleum with four stains. It was observed that anionic surfactant, SDBS(Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate), had inhibitory effect on bacterial degradation with four strains. When SDBS was at concentration of 500 mg/L, little mineralization of petroleum was observed by inoculating Chromobacter sp. or Flavobacterium sp.. The results also indicate that nonionic surfactant, Triton X 100, exhibited some inhibition on biodegradation with any strain. The inhibition might be due to toxicity to bacteria by the surfactants employed in this work.
