[背景 ]明确尿激酶在结核性纤维化性胸腔积液治疗中的作用 .[病例报告 ]在行规则化学疗法的同时 ,每日往 2 6例结核性胸腔积液患者胸腔内注入尿激酶 5万单位 .[讨论 ]规则化学疗法配合胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性纤维化性胸腔积液可增加引流量 。

BACKGROUND To study the curative effects of urokinase for the tuberculous and fibrous thoracic hydrops. CASE REPORT Under the regular chemotherapy in 26 cases tuberculous and fibrous thoracic hydrops, 50 thousands unit per day of urokinase were infused into the thoracic cavity. DISCUSSION The quantity of drainage could be increased and pleural thickening can be abated by the treatment of regular chemotherapy with the urokinase infused into the thoracic cavity of tuberculous and fibrous thoracic hydrops.
