备劳特合并爱喘乐雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息症

Treatment of wheezing in infants and children by inhaling berotec and trovent

目的 观察备劳特合并爱喘乐雾化吸入治疗幼儿喘息症的近期临床疗效。方法 婴幼儿喘息症 12 4例 ,试验组 6 8例以备劳特合并爱喘乐雾化吸入治疗 ,对照组 5 6例单用备劳特。结果 患儿喘息及哮鸣音改善情况均以联合用药效果较好 ,且副作用未见明显增加。

Objective To evaluate the effects of inhaling berotec and Atrovent in treating the wheezing in infants and children.Methods Sixty eight patients in treatment group inhaled berotec combined with Atrovent,56 patients in control group inhaled only berotec.Results Stridor and wheezing in patients of treatment group were significantly less frequent than those in control group,without obvious side effect.Conclusion It is satisfactory to inhale berotec and atrovent for treating the wheezing in infants and children.
