摘要
目的 探讨神经免疫性疾病 (IND)血浆和脑脊液 (CSF)中转化生长因子 β1 (TGF- β1 )与糖皮质激素 (GC)的关系。方法 双抗体夹心 EL ISA法 ,检测 2 2例 IND患者 GC治疗前后血浆和 CSF的 TGF- β1 含量 ,并与 2 0例脑梗塞(NIND)患者、18例手术 (OP)患者、11例未用 GC的重症肌无力患者 (NMG) TGF- β1 进行对比。结果 GC治疗前 ,IND组 TGF- β1 显著低于 NIND组 (血浆 :P<0 .0 1;CSF:P<0 .0 1)和 OP组 (血浆 :P<0 .0 1;CSF:P<0 .0 1) ;IND组治疗前显著低于治疗后 (血浆 :P<0 .0 1;CSF:P<0 .0 1) ;治疗后 ,IND组高于 NMG组 ,但无统计学意义 (血浆和 CSF:P>0 .0 5 )。结论 急性期 IND患者血浆和 CSF的 TGF- β1 有下降趋势 ,GC可能通过影响 TGF- β1 、IL2、IL15、INF- γ、TNF- α等细胞因子 (CK) ,在终止
Objective To investigate the relationship between glucocorticoid and TGF β 1 in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of the patients suffering from Immuno neurologic disease.Methods ELISA of double antibody sandwich assay was used to determine TGF β 1 levels in the plasma and CSF of the 22patients with immuno neurologic diseases(IND) before and after the GC treatment,and then the results were compared with the TGF β 1 levels of 20 patients with cerebral infarction(NIND),18 operated patients(OP) with no neurologic diseases and 11 patients of myasthenia gravis given anticholinesterase drugs rather than GC(NMG) respectively.Results Before the GC treatment, TGF β 1 level was significantly lower in IND Group than in NIND group (Plasma P<0.01;CSF P<0.01),and than in OP Group(Plasma P<0.01;CSF P<0.01);In IND group TGF β 1 level before the GC treatment was also significantly lower than after GC treatment(Plasma P<0.01;CSF P<0.01);After the GC treatment,TGF β 1 level in IND group was higher than in NMG group but the statistics analysis showed no significant differences(Plasm and CSF:P>0.05).Conclusions There was a declining tendency of TGF β 1 in the plasma and CSF of the patients with acute IND.GC might play an important role in stopping the autoimmunological reaction of IND through affecting CKs such as TGF β 1,IL2,IL15,INF γ,TNF α etc.
