论三焦有名无形无用

Sanjiao(三焦) with Name but without Form and Usage

就《内经》及后世医家有关三焦的论述进行了剖析。认为《内经》对三焦的论述存在矛盾 ,其原因主要是 :理论来源不同 ;构建理论的需要 ;历史条件限制。后世医家所持三焦“有名无形论”、“无名有用论”、“功能单元说”及“未知说”,亦无益于中医理论的学习、整理和提高。三焦理论中存在的问题是由于中医理论在形成中的某些特点及其缺陷造成的 ,学习研究中医基础理论时必须注意 ,采取科学的态度。

The theories about Sanjiao(三焦) in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic were analyzed.The author thought that the cause of contradict about Sanjiao could be concluded as:different sources of theories,needs of setting up theory,history limit.The theories about Sanjiao have no benefit to the study of TCM,the opinion about Sanjiao with name but without form and usage were issued by the author.
