葛根素对老年高血压患者胰岛素敏感性影响的研究

Study the Effects of Puerarin on Insulin Resistance in Elderty Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的 :观察葛根素对老年原发性高血压患者胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法 :将 6 0例控制不良的老年原发性高血压患者随机分为 2组 ,在原有治疗不变的情况下 ,治疗组 35例加用葛根素治疗 ,对照组 2 5例未采用葛根素治疗。观察葛根素对老年原发性高血压患者空腹血糖、胰岛素及糖化血红蛋白、血压、血脂、血液流变学、胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI)的影响。结果 :治疗组治疗后糖化血红蛋白、血压、血脂、血液流变学均有显著下降 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,ISI明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组治疗前后上述指标无改变 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组上述参数差值比较具有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :葛根素具有提高老年原发性高血压患者胰岛素敏感性的作用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of puerarin on insulin resistance in elderty patients with essential hypertension.Methods:60 cases with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.Under the same basic treatment,35 cases in the treatment group were treated with puerarin and 25 cases in control group were not treated with puerarin.The methods had been applied to the two group for one month.Observing the effects of puerarin on the concentrations of fasting blood glucose(FBG),surum insulin,blood pressure, GHbalc,blood lipid,hemorheology and insulin sensitivity index(ISI).Results:The comparison proved the indexs of blood pressure,blood lipid and hemorheology were dropped remarkably(P<0 05～0 01),ISI increased remarkably(P<0 05)in the treatment group after treatment,but no changes in control group after treatment(P>0 05).There was significantly difference in the all bove mentioned indexes between treatment group and control group after treatment(P<0 05～0 01).Conclusion:Puerarin has the good effects in of reducing insulin resistance on elderty patients with essential hypertension.
