听觉诱发电位指数用于麻醉深度监测 被引量:6

摘要 听觉诱发电位指数(AEPindex)是应用微机对脑电图遮盖的很微弱的信号——听觉诱发电位(AEP)的波形进行 线性分析,通过傅立叶转化,由AEP连续2个节段之间的绝对差平方根之和计算得出的一个量化数值。它是临床麻醉深度监 测的一种新方法,具有简便、瞬时、实用、快捷的特点。本文综述AEPindex麻醉深度监测的原理和应用前景。
