摘要
目的:研究化学抛光对纯钛义齿铸件的精度和机械性能的影响。方法:对3组板状铸件(2组纯钛铸件和1组钴铬合金铸件)分别用常规手工研磨抛光、化学抛光和电解抛光三种不同方法处理,用电光分析天平分别测定每个铸件抛光前后的重量,并计算出减重率。机械拉伸试件共两组,每组6个。对照组试件不作任何处理,实验组试件予以化学抛光。在Dss-25T型电子万能试验机上作拉伸试验,记录抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率。结果:化学抛光组铸件的减重率大于手工研磨抛光组,但与电解抛光组无显著性差别。化学抛光组和对照组的机械性能测试结果无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论:纯钛铸件的化学抛光法具有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of chemical polishing on accuracy and mechanical properties of titanium castings. Methods: Three groups of plate casting which included two groups of pure titanium casting and one group of Co-Cr alloy casting with 5 castings each were involved. Machine-grinding, chemical polishing, and electrolytic-polishing were used in three groups respectively. The weight of each casting was measured, and weight loss ( - wt% ) was calculated before and after polished. There were two groups of samples in tensile test. The tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation rate in control and chemical polishing groups were measured. Results: The weight loss of the titanium casting polished by chemical method was higher than that polished by machine-grinding method, and there was no significant difference compared with Co-Cr alloy casting. There was no sighnificant difference in mechanical properties between control group and test group. Conclusion: The chemical polishing of titanium has a clinical applying value, and is worth of spread.
