用双面金相法测定板条马氏体的惯析面

The Determination of the Habit Plane of Lath Martensites by Using Two-Surface Trace Analysis

本文运用双面金相法,借助于奥氏体退火孪晶,对40Cr 钢中板条马氏体的惯析面进行了测定,并通过孪晶与基体间的镜面对称关系,求出了在原奥氏体孪晶中形成的马氏体的惯析面.测定结果表明该钢中马氏体的惯析面接近{557}_A,而与{111}_A 偏离较多.

In this paper,through austenite annealing twins,the habit planes of lath martensites of 40 Cr steel,have been determined by means of two-surface trace analysis.According to the mirror symmetry relationship between the matrix and twins,the habit planes of lath martensites formed in the twins of original austenite have also been determined.The results show that the martensitic habit planes in the steel are close to {557}_A,and deviated more from {111}_A.
