简述了提高科技期刊质量的重要性。提出了编辑素质的提高与编辑队伍的稳定是提高科技期刊质量的首要条件 ,稿件优化是提高科技期刊质量的关键 。
This paper discusses the importance of improving quality of sci-tech periodicals, puts forward that improvement of editors quality and the stability of editing ranks is the condition of the first importance for improving the quality of sci-tech periodicals, optimization of manuscripts is a key for improving the quality of sci-tech periodicals, raising edit working standards is an important guarantee for improving the integral quality of periodicals.
