This paper analyzes in detail the failures of various public project pipelines in chemical plant. According to its characteristics, this paper puts forward strengthening management, improving technique, reducing discharge of waste gas, reducing heating stress, controlling 'alkali brittle'to occurrence, reducing friction between medium with pipe for the purpose of effectively increasing operating life of pipe.
