Green barriers have gradually formed preventing China from entering the international market. After entering WTO, the green barriers are not only a pressure but also a motive force for China. Therefore , in order to safeguard the legal status and rights of China in international trade, we should correctly recognize the green barriers, meet the challenge, and formulate relative policies as soon as possible.
