科研项目的开发是科研院所工作的核心所在 ,改变科研项目开发的观念及方法 ,是科研院所适应市场的切入点。同时 ,必须对项目开发的全过程有深入的了解 ,进行科学的组织管理 。
The development of scientific research project is the kernel work of scientific research institutions, and transformation of conceptions and methods of scientific research project development is the inserting point for scientific research institutions to fit in with the market. At the same time, scientific research institutions must have a deep understand on the whole course of project development, practice scientific management and strengthen unceasingly knowledge management.
