摘要
根据洗衣机后堵板零件的工艺特点 ,分析了多工序复合的可行性及零件的最佳冲压工艺方案 ,提出了起伏成形与其它工序分步冲压的方法 ,并介绍了模具结构特点及设计中应注意的问题。
According to the technological characteristics of the back cover plate of the washing machine, the feasibility of multi_operation composition and the best pressing process for the part were analyzed. The method of separating undulate forming operation and the other operations into two pressing steps was proposed. The die structure characteristics and the attention points for the design of the die were stated.
