摘要
2 0世纪下半叶 ,世界范围内出现了组织变革的热潮。其中有代表性的是学习型组织的兴起和企业再造理论的流行。在这些新兴的理论中 ,最引人注目的组织形式是自我管理团队。文章就自我管理团队这一新型组织形式的由来与特征进行了初步的探讨和分析 ,提出我国企业使用自我管理团队的策略 。
