System Analysis and Design of Flood Control Decision Support System Based on GIS

防汛指挥决策支持系统是一项重要的综合性非工程防洪减灾措施 ,是实现防汛指挥决策科学化和现代化的重要手段。本文对防汛指挥决策支持系统进行了系统分析 ,论述了GIS在防汛指挥支持系统中的作用 ,在此基础上重点探讨了GIS支持下的防汛指挥决策支持系统的系统设计 ,包括数据库设计、模型库设计。
