摘要
在电磨损条件下 ,研究了压力变化 (7 5~ 30N/cm2 )对碳纤维 铜 石墨复合材料接触电压降的影响 ,结果表明 ,电磨损初期 ,接触电压降随磨损时间的延长而增加 ;随着压力的增加 ,复合材料接触电压降下降 ,但压力超过一定值后 ,接触电压降变化不大。
Under the different pressure conditions(from 7.5 N/cm 2 to 30N/cm 2),the brush contact drop of carbon fiber copper graphite composite was investigated and worn surface was observed. The results show that at the beginning of electrical wear, the contact drop of composite increases as the electrical wear time increases and then there is a plateau at almost constant contact drop. With the increasing of pressure, the number of a spots increases and the constriction resistance decreases and so the contact drop decreases when the pressure changes from 7.5 N/cm 2 to 20 N/cm 2. When the pressure varies from 20 N/cm 2 to 30 N/cm 2, the contact drop keeps steady.
