摘要
采用吸铸方法制备了 Zr6 0 Al9Ni1 5Cu1 5Mo1 五元合金 ,利用 X射线、光学显微镜和差示扫描量热法研究了其结构和热稳定性。实验结果表明 ,该合金组织从宏观上看 ,几乎均由非晶相组成 ,其玻璃转变温度 Tg、晶化温度 Tx 值分别为 6 88和 773K,过冷液相区宽度 ΔTx 值为 85 K,表明了一个具有大的玻璃形成能力的五元非晶合金的形成 ,但与四元 Zr- Al- Ni- Cu合金系相比 。
The penternary alloy Zr 60 Al 9Ni 15 Cu 15 Mo 1 were prepared by suction casting methed.Their structure and thermal stability were investigated by XRD,OM and DSC.The result indicates that the alloy is almost composed of amorphous phase in the view of macrography.We found that the glass transition temperature T g and the crystallization temperature T x of the alloys are 688 K and 773 K,respectively.The temperature interval of the supercooled liquid region Δ T x is 85K, which means the penternary amorphous alloy has large glass forming ability.The addition of Mo did not improve the glass forming ability when compared with the quaternary alloy Zr Al Ni Cu.
