摘要
采用压铸法制备了三维连续网状多孔陶瓷增强铝基复合材料。复合材料抗拉强度 2 96 MPa,弹性模量 99.1GPa,伸长率 1.2 %。采用聚晶金刚石—— PCD刀具 ,在切削速度 v=2 5~ 35 m/ min时 ,复合材料对刀具损耗最小 。
Three dimensional network ceramics reinforced aluminum alloy composites were fabricated by pressure casting process.Tensile strength of the composite is 296MPa,elastic modulus is 99.1GPa,and elongation is 1.2%.Based on the test of PCD tool cutting network ceramics reinforced aluminum alloy composite,the article points out that the best total efficiency can be obtined when the cutting velocity is 25~35 m/min.
