摘要
采用正交实验的方法研究了聚合物水基淬火剂的浓度、温度和搅拌对其最大冷速和对流冷速的影响。结果表明 ,浓度、温度和搅拌对最大冷速的影响都是高度显著的 ,而只有浓度比较显著地影响着对流冷速。基于以上实验结果 。
The influence of concentration,temperature and agitation on cooling rate are studied in this paper with amethod of orthogonal test.The results show that concentration,temperature and agitation all are inthe high level of significance to maximum cooling rate of PVP.The concentration is also significantly related to its cooling rate at 300℃.Based on the test results,suggestions on the better control of these factors in practice are then given.
