摘要
通过 X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析研究了锌铬膜的结构 ,并和 Dacromet膜层的结构进行了比较 ,测试了锌铬膜的耐蚀性。结果表明 ,锌铬膜是由锌及铬的无机膜组成 ;获得与基体结合良好。
The microstructure and morphology of Zn Cr coating and dacromet coating respectively were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results showed that Zn Cr coating and dacromet coating both consist of inorganic Zn and Cr,no existing organic compounds.In order to obtained good corrosion resitance and strong adhesion coating,It is key to apply zinc flake to be as major ingredient in the coating solution.
