石油储罐埋弧自动横焊机和电源的研制

Development of submerged arc welding machine and inverter power source for oil tanker

设计了一种用于石油储罐正装和倒装作业的埋弧自动横焊机。介绍了焊机的组成和工作原理。采用逆变电源 ,实现了焊接规范参数的数字控制 ,试验结果表明 :所研制的焊机完全可满足使用要求 ,且规范参数可预置 ,调整灵活 ,焊接过程稳定 。

A new submerged arc horizontal welding machine for the obverse and reverse welding operation is developed in process of oil tanker construction. The configuration and working principle of the welding machine are introduced in this paper.By using a new inverter power source, welding parameters are digitally controlled. It is shown by test results that the machine meet the requirements presented by the submerged arc horizontal welding processes.Welding parameters can be flexibly controlled and pre set. Its comprehensive properties are good.
