Results The fibroblast and collagen fibril inside the graft location of tendon(drug membrane) are much more than the ones of no drug membrane(<0 01),but the fibroblast and collagen fibril of connective tissue beside tendon(no drug membrane) are much more than the ones of drug membrane(<0 01). The fibroblast and collagen fibril inside the graft location of tendon(drug membrane) are much more than the ones of connective tissue beside tendon of no drug membrane (<0 01).The fibroblast and collagen fibril inside the graft location of tendon(no drug membrane) are fewer than the ones beside tendon in no drug group(<0 01).Conclusion bFGF composite membrane has the function of enhancing the regeneration inside tendon and relieving or preventing the adhesion of tendon. The regeneration inside tendon may be an important researching way of preventing the adhesion.
