摘要
通过对Al 7%Si 0 5 0 %Mg合金进行不同温度的过热处理试验 ,研究了熔体过热对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明 :过热温度为 810~ 85 5℃时 ,即使不经过Sr变质处理 ,也可以明显细化Al 7%Si 0 5 0 %Mg合金的显微组织 ,提高其力学性能。过热温度为 845℃左右时 。
Effect of melt superheating on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of Al 7Si 0 50Mg alloy was experimentally studied in this paper. The results show that the microstructure is distinctly refined and the mechanical properties are increased when the alloy is superheated up to 810~855℃ and holding for 30 minutes. The results are very similar to that modified with strontium. The best results are obtained in the sample superheated to 845℃.
