摘要
利用原位反应法与铸造工艺相结合 ,制备Al2 O3/ZL2 0 2复合材料。结果表明 :试验所制得的Al2 O3/ZL2 0 2复合材料 ,其增强颗粒在 1~ 5um之间 ,分布均匀 ;复合材料的抗拉强度比基体合金的抗拉强度高 ,伸长率比基体合金的伸长率大 。
Al 2O 3 particles reinforce ZL202 matrix composite is made by uniting in situ techniques and casting. The results show that reinforcement particles' size is from 1 to 5 microns; particles are equally distributed in ZL202 matrix composite; the tensile strengths of composites are higher and their elongation is bigger than those of alloy matrix, which embodies composites having better capabilities than alloy matrix.
