摘要
分析了消失模生产系统的工艺特点、设备组成以及各工部的衔接方式和物流组织。对其中的造型系统、真空系统以及控制系统进行详细的分析与计算 ;并介绍了涂料与制模工艺。以此设计一条用PLC进行实时控制的消失模生产线。成功应用于实际生产。
This paper analyses the process freature and equipment composition and join way of works ministry and mobile in the prodution system of lost Form Casting. Modelling system and Vacuum system and controlling system haev been analysed and computed at some length. A production line of Lost Form Casting which is controlled with PLC have been designed. It is applied to practice and have got good result.
