摘要
利用化学镀良好的均镀性和深镀能力及镀层硬度高、耐腐、耐蚀的特点 ,对注射模具型腔进行表面处理 ,对缩短模具生产周期、降低模具生产成本是非常有意义的。
Treatment was made on the cavity surface of the injection mould by taking advantage of the characteristics of chemical coating, such as uniform coating property, deep coating ability and with a coating layer of high hardness, corruption resistantance and erosion resistantance. The chemical coating technology is very significant for shortening the mould manufacturing cycle and lowering the mould manufacturing cost.
