摘要 应用国产三维流动模拟软件HSCAE3DRF ,对海尔空调进风栅的注射模具结构及工艺进行优化。通过几种方案的分析比较 。 The structure and process of the injection mould for the inlet_grille of Haier air_conditioner were optimized with the domestic 3D flowing simulation software HSCAE 3DRF. Through the analysis and comparison of several different schemes, the short_filling problem of the part was solved.
