摘要
通过对电热锅底座塑件结构特点和成型工艺的分析 ,进行了模具结构设计 ,模具采用斜导柱倾斜抽芯 ,镶拼式型腔等结构 。
The structure characteristics and moulding process of the plastic pedestal of the electric pan were analyzed. The structure of the injection mould was designed. The slanted guide pillar core_pulling structure and the insertion and splice cavity structure were adopted so as to make the mould structure simple and reasonable.
