摘要
采用3Y_8Ce_TZP陶瓷材料(添加少量的Al2O3 以增加基体的硬度和烧结性能)成功地研制开发了TZP陶瓷拉丝模 ,并且开发了共沉淀法制取超细陶瓷粉末技术、成型技术及烧结技术。通过现场拉拔线材试验表明 ,TZP陶瓷拉丝模可以用于拉制黑色及有色金属丝材 。
The wire drawing die of TZP ceramics was successfully developed with the 3Y_8Ce_TZP ceramic material (a little Al2O3 was added to increase the hardness and sintering performance of the matrix). And the technology of manufacturing the extra fine ceramic powder by co_deposition method and the forming technology and sintering technology were also developed. The test of drawing the wire on the spot shows that the drawing die of TZP ceramics can be used to draw both ferrous and non_ferrous metal wire materials. The lifetime of the die is more than 3 times of that of the YG8 carbide drawing die.
