摘要
以轿车前翼子板为例 ,阐述了电弧喷涂制作汽车覆盖件模具的工艺流程、电弧喷涂、石膏型制作、表面处理、背衬材料的浇注以及试模等关键技术。实践证明 ,电弧喷涂制造汽车覆盖件模具 ,成本为钢制模具的15 %~18 % ,制造周期为机械加工的25 % ,为产品开发。
The front wing plate of the sedan was taken as an example and the key techniques for manufacturing the die for the auto body sheet metal parts by arc spraying were stated, including the technological process flow, arc spraying, making of the plaster model, surface treatment, casting of the lining material and shakedown of the die. Practices proved that the cost of manufacturing the die for the auto body sheet metal parts by arc spraying is 15%~18% of that of steel die manufacturing, and the manufacturing cycle is 25% of that of machining process. It provided a technical guarantee for product development and pilot manufacture of dies.
