中文早期语言与沟通发展量表——普通话版的再标准化

The Study of Chinese Language and Communicative Development-Word Part.

【目的】 对“中文早期语言与沟通发展量表”(CCDI)进行标准化 ,同时了解中国婴幼儿语言发展规律。 【方法】 使用CCDI量表 ,采用父母报告形式 ,对 16 0 0多例 8～ 30月小儿的语言发展情况进行了研究。 【结果】 8个月小儿平均可听懂 99个词汇 ,9～ 10个月小儿开始讲话 ,16个月小儿平均可听懂 314个词 ,会说 78个词 ,30个月小儿平均会说 70 9个词 ,一些月龄女童“会说”词汇能力较男童超前 1～ 2个月。 【结论】 CCDI是一个可用来评价儿童语言与沟通发展水平的 ,经济方便 ,实用性强的儿童语言发展量表。

To conduct a norming study of Chinese Communicative Development inventory(CCDI) and to study chinese children's language development. Based on the MacArthur Communicative Development Inventory(MCDI) and naturalistic studies of chinese children's language development,the chinese communicative development inventory was developed.The CCDIincludes two forms,one for infants,another for toddlers.Parents of 1 691 infantsand toddlers,aged 8～30 months,were asked to report their children's language abilities. 8 month old children could understand,on average,99 words.The mean age at which children start to talk was 9～10 months.16month old children could understand 314 words and could say 78 words,whereas 30 month old children could say 709 words.For both the infant and toddler forms,the mean production scores tended to be higher for females than for males of thesame age,with the means,for males lagging by one or two months.However,no sex differences were reported for comprehension of words. [Conclusion] CCDI is a useful and convenient tools for measurement early development of Chinese children's communitive competence.
